  • DIY kit for EB1/NIW useful for an artist?

    Hi guys,

I'm an actor/filmmaker who is aiming to apply for an EB1/NIW.

I've heard that if my case isn't complicated (it isn't), I should go for a DIY kit and do it myself.

However, it seems like there are a lot more intangibles in an artist's application for the EB1/NIW than say a researcher, and most the the info on EB1/NIW I see only applies to researchers.

    Two questions:

    1) Are the DIY kits any good for an artist?

    2) If yes, where do I find the best ones?

    Thanks very much everyone.

    Regards,
    HP

Don't quite see how an actor/film maker can qualify for national interest waiver..

"Complicated" is a relative term. I'm sure that many things that are simple to an experienced computer programmer would be nearly impossible for me. Immigration is the same way. Even as an experienced immigration attorney, unless you have a Nobel Prize or something similar, these cases are almost invariably complicated.
